Refund Policy

KORODOR INC accepts returns of standard (non-custom) products within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Custom or made-to-order products are not refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method after the returned items are received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

KORODOR INC reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
