Shipping Policy

KORODOR INC ships orders within Canada and the United States. Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Custom or made-to-order products may require additional production time before shipping.

 

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination. We work with reliable carriers to ensure safe delivery, but KORODOR INC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
